1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dhk44 platform, accessible at dhk44.pro (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

dhk44 is an online gaming platform providing access to casino games, sports betting (including cricket), crash games, dragon fishing arcade games, and video slots (collectively, "Gaming Services"). The Platform operates as a technology-facilitated entertainment service. By creating an account, you acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of location, device type, or method of access. dhk44 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at dhk44.pro/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the dhk44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dhk44 strictly prohibits underage gaming.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of dhk44 or any of its affiliated technology providers.

dhk44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All deposits into your dhk44 account must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. dhk44 reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• dhk44 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are the responsibility of the account holder.
• Deposits made using bonuses or promotional credits from external sources not affiliated with dhk44 are prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable KYC requirements. dhk44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses may have withdrawal restrictions applied until those requirements are fulfilled.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to bKash and Nagad within approximately 15 minutes of approval, subject to verification status.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• dhk44 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the dhk44 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology verified by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of all games is determined by this certified RNG and is not subject to manipulation by dhk44 or any third party. The following fair play rules apply to all users:

• Cheating, collusion, use of automated bots or software, exploitation of software bugs, and any form of fraudulent play is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in such activity will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• Game results and wager settlements are final once confirmed by the system. dhk44 will only reverse a settled bet in cases of a verified technical error that materially affected the game outcome.
• Sports betting markets (including cricket) may be voided if the relevant fixture is abandoned, postponed, or materially altered from the conditions under which the bet was accepted. Specific voiding rules are published in the sports betting section of the Platform.
• Progressive jackpot games, where offered, are governed by the specific rules of the game provider. dhk44 cannot guarantee jackpot availability at any given time and reserves the right to remove jackpot games from the Platform at its discretion.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

dhk44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, or has provided false information during registration.
• The account is associated with fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, money laundering, or use of unauthorised software.
• The account holder requests voluntary self-exclusion or permanent account closure through the responsible gaming tools or by contacting support directly.
• Continuation of the account would place dhk44 in breach of applicable law, regulatory requirement, or a directive from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the account holder, any balance remaining in the account (including real money and bonus funds) may be forfeited in its entirety. Where closure is initiated by dhk44 for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method after completion of applicable verification checks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dhk44 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any financial loss arising from gaming activity, whether or not the loss results from a technical failure, a disputed game outcome, or the player's own decisions.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or platform unavailability caused by factors outside dhk44's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, mobile network outages, or third-party payment processor delays.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, even if dhk44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact dhk44 through the in-account help centre to seek resolution informally. dhk44 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or tribunals under applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
